Gifts of Appreciated Securities

Oftentimes, leadership pledges are paid with long-term capital gains securities. Gifts of Securities (annuities, stocks, property, life insurance policies, and other assets can be accepted) may provide owners with a more attractive income tax benefit. Matching Gifts
